Pricing

Questions
The four-layer physical label —printing, materials and delivery— and the platform: verification, panel, activation, batch recall, anomaly detection, unlimited users and support. One number, one invoice. The API, webhooks and buyer portal belong to the Pro plan.
Every unit delivered, once. Scans are not charged: if a container is verified forty times it is still one label. Charging per scan would punish exactly what you want to happen.
The price follows the tier your annual volume puts you in, and if the tier above works out cheaper we move you there without being asked. Declaring more volume than you have is never an advantage.
No. Labels already delivered are yours and keep verifying while the account is active. If you leave, you export everything —scans, units, cases— in an open format.
Codes are generated the same day. Lead time comes from printing and shipping, and depends on quantity and finish: we confirm it in writing before you approve the order.
Tell us how many units you produce per year and in which markets, and we send back a firm number in the same email.
